Our food concept is divided into 3 main categories, covering all main aspects of peruvian gastronomy. We are a mix between the gourmet and the express of Peru.

SANGUCHES

 

CHICHARRON SANDWICH

Roasted pork cooked “Peruvian chicharron” style, topped with “sarza criolla”-lemon marinated onions- and the special Peru Mix touch.

AJI DE GALLINA SANDWICH

Chicken lovers watch out! Tender chicken in shreds topped with a yellow pepper creamy Peruvian sauce and parmesan cheese.

LOMO SALTADO SANDWICH

Based on the famous Peruvian dish, this wok sautéed tenderloin steak sandwich is a must for all newbies. Stir fried with tomatoes, onions, soy sauce, Peruvian spices, all put in a sandwich. (chicken version available)

PERÚ BURGER

A classic hamburger with a Peruvian twist. Ground beef tenderloin topped with melted mozzarella cheese and “sarza criolla” -lemon marinated onions-, fresh lettuce and tomato.

 

ON FIRE

 

LOMO SALTADO

A classic from Peru. Wok sautéed dices of tenderloin steak stir fried with tomatoes, red onions, soy sauce and Peruvian spices. Served with yellow french fries, rice and corn.

SEAFOOD CHAUFA RICE

Wok sautéed Chinese Peruvian rice with seafood cooked with soy sauce, chives, onions, ginger, sesame oil, and Peruvian spices.

CHAUFA RICE

An amazing and very popular Peruvian-Chinese fusion. Wok sautéed Chinese rice with pork and chicken cooked with soy sauce, chives onions, ginger, sesame oil, and Peruvian spices.

PERUVIAN SEAFOOD RICE

Seafood rice with shrimp, octopus, calamari, coral sauce and cilantro.

CEVICHE TRILOGY

Seafood lover’s a must. Experience the flavors of our three main ceviches: classic, nikkei and tiradito. Order it fish only, calamari and shrimp.

FISH CEVICHE

A Peruvian classic. Fish marinated with lemon, Peruvian “limo” hot pepper, cilantro, thin sliced onions, and Peruvian spices. Served with corn and “tiger milk”, a spicy and very taste lemon sauce.

CEVICHE MIXTO.

A true heaven for all seafood lovers. Fish, shrimp, calamari, all marinated with lemon, Peruvian “limo” pepper, cilantro, thin sliced onions and the special Peruvian touch. Served with corn and “tiger milk”, a spicy and very tasty lemon sauce.

NIKKEI CEVICHE

A peruvian-japanese fusion. Thinly sliced fish marinated in lemon, soy sauce, ginger, cilantro and sesame seeds.

Jonathan Palacios
(Piura, Perú)

 

Jonathan is the Executive Chef managing the Production Center and all gastronomic operations associated with the brand. Born in Piura, Peru, a graduate of the internationally recognized school of gastronomy Le Cordon Bleu, Jonathan has extensive experience in Peruvian cuisine and has trained dozens of other top chefs throughout the years.
