Our culinary philosophy was created in part with the renowned Peruvian Chef Daniel Paz, current Executive Chef of the Radisson Peru hotel chain and advisor to the Hilton Hotel Lima. Currently our Executive Chef, also a renowned Peruvian chef, Jonathan Palacio, oversees all the gastronomic evolution of our chain.
